This is not the type of book you can sit down and just plow through. It's heady stuff, and often tended to make me feel sleepy. There are many types of intelligence in Diana Cooper's glorious universe (including dragons and unicorns) and I had a hard time keeping them all straight. Which ascended being helps with exactly which form of spiritual difficulty? Can I connect with the ninth dimension here in the third? I think I need a map or flash cards or something, because I feel like I'm being introduced to a whole new cosmology. When I finish this book -- probably next year, at the rate I am going -- I think I'll start over from the top and read it again.
For anyone who is advanced Spiritually, this is just the absolute best guided meditation. Diana Cooper and Tim Whild have the most fantastic voices, along with soothing music and the information is just so so important at this time. I'm assuming certain people are naturally drawn to this audio.
A wonderful, informative guide for those on a deeper path! There is lots of information to consider in these pages.Also, many meditations and visualizations that can open you to another realm and reality. I have a deep respectfor Diana and Tim, as they bring forth this information. <3

This is a life changing book for me. I had gotten the earlier book Archangel guide to Ascension from the library and it blew my mind. I knew I wanted to own this one so I bought it to keep. Every chapter comes with a meditation. These two books teach about the frequency changes that are going on right now in the world, started in 1987 and coming to fruition in 2032 with the help of Archangels, angels, ascended masters like Jesus and Quan Yin, dragons, unicorns, elementals of all kinds, folk from other stars and Atlantis. I also got the accompanying guided meditation CD from Audible and I play it on my phone with one ear bud throughout the day.
Very helpful to remind us what going on during shift from third to fifth dimensional and valuation.
