Then visit a bunch and look at a bunch on the Internet. They are as different as the communities that surround them. Our society needs many more cohos because they can be an anchor for good. And our communities can use all the help that they can get.
I've met the writer and am not impressed by his knowledge of real estate development, which is essential for building cohousing.
